Surrounded by the beauty of the Florida Botanical Gardens, you'll be guided into deep relaxation through the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle breathwork. Bring a mat, blanket, or chair and let nature hold you while sound gently restores your body and mind.
