Join us as a Member

When you belong to the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, you join people who are engaged with the environment and want to preserve the Gardens for future generations. The Foundation provides leadership and funding to maintain and restore the Gardens.

American Horticultural Society Reciprocal Program

Your Foundation Membership gives you access to the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Program. You’ll receive free or discounted admission at more than 380 participating gardens, perfect for planning day trips and travel—all this and more for one low-cost membership. The reciprocal gardens are located in the U.S., Canada and the Virgin Islands. Just check their website for a map of participating gardens before you go. Some gardens within 90 miles may not fully accept your membership card. Marie Selby Gardens accepts your membership in May.

Membership Benefits

Members are truly friends of the Gardens. The Gardens has a rich history of community involvement dedicated to making it available and enjoyable for all. We hope you will consider joining us. With your membership donation, we can accomplish all of our goals for the years ahead. Members enjoy discounts, special invitations, and other exclusive benefits. A big part of being a Member is knowing what's going on including being among the first to know about events. Every year we create Holiday Lights in the Gardens with over 1 million lights, largely supported by our volunteers. As a Member, you will get invited to the Preview Party (sneak peek) of Holiday Lights in the Gardens for free.

You'll receive our monthly newsletter to help plan your visits. When you sign up for a special Event or Class you'll receive special pricing. This special pricing includes your own private events such as birthday parties in the Majeed Discovery Garden. If you are a grandparent, what a great opportunity to treat your grandchildren and their parents. Included in membership is a 10% discount at the Gardens Gift Shop, Heritage Village Gift Shop, and at select participating nurseries in Pinellas County. When you log in on our website, you have access to Member-Only resources.

Individual Membership

The Individual Membership level is for one adult or a single parent with children under 18.

One Year $39 Three Years $89

Dual Membership

The Dual Membership level is for couples or 2 adults with children under 18

One Year $59 Three Years $139

Family Membership

The Family Membership level is for up to 4 adults with children under 18

One Year $99 Three Years $239

Supporter Membership

The Supporter Membership level is for 4 adults and children under 18.

One Year $250

Steward Membership

The Steward Membership level is for 4 adults and children under 18

One Year $500

Patron Membership

The Patron Membership level is for 4 adults and children under 18.

One Year $1000

How to Renew Your Membership

Renew your membership by logging in to the website "Member Login." If you are renewing before your membership expires, scroll over your name to the drop down arrow. Then click on "Profile." If you are the primary member, you will see the renew directions outlined in blue.

If your membership has expired, login and follow the prompt. When you are at the renew page 1, there is a drop down on the left that allows you to select your membership level such as "Dual 3-Year".

If you want to pay by cash, please renew in person at the Gift Shop.

Memberships make a fantastic gift for individuals and family members. It's truly a gift that keeps on giving year-round. Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Grandparents can give the gift of membership. Consider our Family level which includes 4 adults, each receiving their own membership card, and all the children.
