Q: Is there an entrance fee?
A: This is the annual winter fundraiser for the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation, which enables us to maintain and grow the gardens and keep it open to the public for free 363 days a year. A donation of $10 per person is kindly requested to support our mission, children 12 and under are free.
Q: Where are the entrances to the event?
A: There are four entrances for general admission: Poinsettia, Snowflake, Blue Heron and Green Turtle. Green Turtle must be used for buses and group visits to allow for sufficient parking. You will receive a corresponding-colored sticker when you arrive at these entrances to help you remember where you entered/parked.
Q: Where do I park my car?
A: Passenger car parking is located at either 12520 Ulmerton Rd, Largo, FL 33774 or 12211 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33778. Buses must park at our Green Turtle Entrance.
Q: May I arrange a Group Tour?
A: Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to contact our office in advance, so we can help make your experience a memorable one: 727-753-7840 and review our Group & Bus Instructions.
Q: Is there food for purchase?
A: Yes, there is food and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks available for purchase at our Palm Pavilion in the McKay Creek Plaza. We are excited to be partnering with St. Pete Concessions again this year!
Q: Are pets allowed?
Yes, leashed pets are welcome in outdoor areas. Invisible leashes are not permitted.
Q: Is the Gift Shop open?
Yes, our new Gift Shop will be open during Holiday Lights in the Gardens. It is located in the center of the Gardens off of McKay Creek Plaza. Make sure to stop by and do your holiday shopping!
